The restaurant Sapiens Est began to collaborate with the Nikolsky Gallery and the Pop Up Museum - now throughout the summer the restaurant’s walls will be decorated with paintings by the best contemporary artists who can also be bought.

Celebrate the start of cooperation will be a grand art party to be held in a restaurant on May 29. Guests will enjoy not only the most delicious cocktails, which the bar is famous for, but also a special dessert Piece of Art, developed by chef Dmitry Gudkov, Thai mango, seasoned with mango-marakui puree, on a pillow of praline sunflower seeds and pumpkin. It will be served with vanilla ice cream, nut cookies and creamy sauce based on blue-mold cheese and white chocolate with bright fruit flavors. By the way, for this dessert all three months there will be a special price (400 rubles).
