Restaurant Sapiens Est opens a new chapter: the Nikolskaya Gallery and the Pop Up Museum are among its main friends. Now throughout the summer, the restaurant’s walls will be decorated with paintings by the best contemporary artists, which, moreover, can be bought directly at Sapiens Est.


Celebrate the beginning of cooperation Sapiens Est, Nikolskaya Gallery and Pop Up Museum will be a grand art party to be held in a restaurant on May 29. Guests will enjoy not only the most delicious cocktails for which the bar is famous, but also a special dessert Piece of Art, designed by chef Dmitry Gudkov. This edible work of art is a Thai mango, seasoned with mango-passion fruit puree, on a praline of sunflower seeds and pumpkin. It will be served with vanilla ice cream, nut cookies and creamy sauce based on blue-mold cheese and white chocolate with bright fruit flavors. By the way, a nice bonus - for this dessert there will be a special price of 400 rubles for all three months.


The culmination of the party will be the auction of the work of artist Kati Solovieva, written specifically for the presentation of the partnership. Collection of guests at 19:00.
