Corina Irina
About painter:

Irina Korina graduated from RATI-GITIS (2000) with a degree in stage design. She also studied at the Institute of Contemporary Art Problems (IPSI) in Moscow and the Academy of Arts in Vienna. As a set designer she has collaborated with many theaters in Moscow and Russia, since the beginning of the 2000s she has worked in cinema. In 2009, Corina was one of the exhibitors in the pavilion of Russia at the 53rd Venice Biennale. In 2017, its installation was presented in the main project of the 57th Venice Biennale. Her most recent solo exhibitions were held at the GRAD Foundation in London, the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, at the Steirischer Herbst festival in Graz, Austria. Corina is a participant in many group exhibitions, including the M HKA Museum of Contemporary Art, Antwerp, the Saatchi Gallery, London, and the Kulhaus exhibition space, Berlin. Winner of the professional award in the field of modern art "Companion" (2006, 2009, 2012) and the All-Russian competition in the field of modern art "Innovation" (2008, 2015).
