STONE together with Nikolskaya Gallery opened a unique art exhibition created especially for the developer and inspired by the rich green surroundings of the Sokolniki district. Art, organically woven into the space of the sales office, turns it into a place of aesthetic contemplation and conveys the atmosphere of style and sophistication of life of future residents of the Sokolniki residential complex.
The concept of the art space is based on the idea of harmony with nature and enjoying life surrounded by the picturesque beauty of Sokolniki Park, which is reflected in the subtle color palette of the presented works of art. The art exhibition also embodies one of the key values of the residential complex - the philosophy of a measured and happy life in the center of the metropolis.
The aesthetics of the architectural appearance of the Sokolniki residential complex and the design of public spaces became a source of inspiration for the authors. The compositions were created by Moscow artist, illustrator and participant of international exhibitions Ekaterina Solovieva, whose works are in private collections around the world, as well as sculptor and ceramicist Yulia Biktimirova, who actively participates in personal and group exhibitions in Russia, Spain and China.
"As a modern developer, we see the need to integrate the art component into each of our projects: architecture builds walls, and art fills them with meaning. Such art spaces create places where you want to live, work and dream. We speak the same language with our clients, and our new art exhibition is an invitation to dialogue through the language of art, which is an integral part of their lives," noted Tatyana Zhelanova, Director of Communications and Sustainable Development at STONE.
The collaboration with Nikolskaya Gallery was a continuation of the series of STONE art projects. In 2024, the developer, with the support of the Moscow Committee for Architecture, held an open competition “Philosophy of New Forms” to create an art object for the STONE Towers office quarter and organized an expert discussion at the Zotov Center, and also supported the Cosmoscow Foundation’s charity auction.
